§ 10:117. Bus and other mass transit conveyance owners' records and reports.

(a)

Every bus or other mass transit conveyance owner shall keep accurate records of receipts from operations, operating, and other expenses, capital expenditures, and such other operating information as may be required by the commission. Every bus or other mass transit conveyance owner shall maintain the records containing such information and other data required by this chapter at a place readily accessible for examination by the commission.

(b)

Every bus or other mass transit conveyance owner shall submit reports of receipts, expenses, and statistics of operation to the commission for each calendar year, in accordance with a uniform system prescribed by the commission. Such reports shall reach the commission on or before the first day of February, of the year following the calendar year for which such reports are prepared.
