§ 10:116. Designation of buses and other mass transit conveyances.

  • Each bus or other mass transit conveyance shall bear on each side, in painted letters not less than six (6) inches in height, an appropriate identification of the owner and an identifying number. No conveyance covered by the terms of this chapter shall be allowed to operate within the city-parish whose color scheme, identifying design or insignia to be used thereon shall, in the opinion of the commission, conflict with or imitate any color scheme, identifying design or insignia, used on a bus or other mass transit conveyance already operating under this chapter in such a manner as to be misleading or tend to deceive or defraud the public.
