Any person, firm, association, or persons, traveling auctioneers, or any corporation,
their agents, servants, or employees violating any of the provisions of this chapter
shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and
not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00). Each and every sale in violation of this
chapter shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
