§ 9:265. Compliance with chapter required.

No license shall be issued hereunder by the director of finance or his office unless all the terms of this chapter and the rules and regulations adopted and/or promulgated from time to time are complied with. Any license issued under the provisions of this chapter may be revoked by the director of finance for failure to comply with this chapter and related rules and regulations or failure to comply with any city-parish tax ordinance.
