§ 9:176. Reasonable notice required.

Any order which may be issued by the mayor-president under section 9:175 shall fix the hours for such closing, and reasonable notice thereof shall be given in order to inform the public of issuance of such order, and during such period it is hereby declared to be unlawful for any dealer in the city-parish to remain open and it shall be the duty of all the city-parish police officers promptly to enforce the provisions of this section.
