It shall be unlawful for any person in any massage establishment or for any massage
technician to engage in any lewd acts, sexual misconduct, sexual perversion or homosexual
acts within such establishments. Such conduct shall include but not be limited to
exposing, touching, caressing or fondling of genitals, anus, vulva, pubic hair, or
nipples of the female breast; masturbation; oral copulation, cunnilingus or fellatio;
sexual intercourse, vaginal or anal; urination or defecation, except in provided facilities;
sodomy, bestiality; sadomasochistic abuse, flagellation or torture in the context
of sexual relationship; any unnatural carnal copulation by a human being with another
of the same or opposite sex.
