§ 9:964. List of employees.

  • The licensee shall provide to the alcoholic beverage control office each month a list of names of any new owner, officer, managing agent, or employee of the teen club unless the list would be identical to the list more recently submitted to the alcoholic beverage control office. If a new name is added, the licensee shall provide that person's name and address. If the address or other contact information for any owner, officer, or managing agent changes, the licensee shall be obligated to inform the alcoholic beverage control office within fifteen (15) days of the change.
