§ 9:527. Penalty.

Latest version.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) and not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense, and every day that a violation of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
