All commercial vendors having an interest in charitable gaming in the parish shall
be required to file an application for a license or register with the division as
applicable prior to conducting business. Vendors include but are not limited to commercial
hall lessors, gaming supplies distributors, and electronic video bingo companies.
Commercial vendors are subject to all penalty provisions contained in section 9:462.
