§ 8A:111. Penalties.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter or any provision of any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to authority granted by this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined an amount not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00), or imprisoned for not more than one hundred eighty (180) days, or both, at the discretion of the judge; and each day's failure to comply with any such provision shall constitute a separate violation.
