§ 8A:107. Responsibilities of owners and occupants.

Every occupant of a building or structure shall dispose of all rubbish, ashes, garbage and other organic waste in a clean and sanitary manner by placing it in approved storage or disposal facilities which are safe and sanitary. Every occupant shall provide such facilities for his building or structure and shall maintain them in a clean and sanitary manner.
