The Standard Housing Code, 1976 Edition, as revised in 1977 and 1978 by the Southern
Building Code Congress International, Inc., is hereby adopted, by reference, in order
to provide standards relative to the use, maintenance and occupancy of existing residential
buildings in the city-parish.
