§ 8:404. Oil storage facilities.

No oil storage facilities shall be constructed, operated or repaired without first obtaining a special permit from the department of public works.

No permit shall be issued for this purpose without first obtaining the proper clearance from the fire department or district, the state fire marshal's office, and the state department of environmental quality.
