There is hereby adopted the 1991 edition of the Standard Plumbing Code, as amended
and published by the Southern Building Code Congress International, Inc., published
in book form and the whole thereof, and such portions of the Plumbing Code as are
hereinafter deleted, modified or amended, as the regulations governing the construction
of buildings and other structures in the city-parish. Not less than three (3) copies
of such code shall be kept on file in the Office of the council administrator-treasurer
for inspection.
