§ 6:602. Same—Application and inspection; issuance.

All applications for permits shall be made on forms provided by the director and shall be signed by the applicant personally. If the director determines that the applicant has complied with the requirements of this chapter and the applicable regulations of the state sanitary code concerning the protection of food and drink, he shall cause the permit to issue.
