§ 6:419. Salvage.(Parish)

No person shall salvage, collect, remove or dispose of any garbage, refuse or rubbish material deposited on the Devil Swamp garbage dump or on any other garbage landfill or dump under the control and supervision of the city-parish, except by the authority of the director or pursuant to an agreement authorized by the council.
