§ 6:418. Ownership of garbage, refuse, rubbish; depositing on dumps.(Parish)

The ownership of all garbage, refuse or rubbish material set out for collection or deposited on the public dumps shall be vested in the public and such material is hereby declared to be public property. No person shall go upon the city-parish dumps for the purpose of depositing materials thereon, nor shall any person deposit materials on the city-parish dumps, except in accordance with regulations established by the director.
