§ 6:411. Large material to be removed by owner.(Parish)

Large trees or limbs, scrap metal, large lumber refuse, and large dead animals shall
not under any circumstances be placed on the neutral ground for collection by the
department of public works, but must be removed by the owner of the premises at his
expense.
Should the city and parish enter into a contract with a private contractor for the
collection and disposal of garbage, trash, bulky waste and litter, the terms and conditions
of that contract shall take precedence over the provisions of this section, including
but not limited to the definitions of all items of the contract.
