§ 6:103. Duty of heads of public and private institutions.

The commissioners, managers, principal or other proper head officer of each and every public and private institution in the city-parish shall report in writing, or cause such report to be made to the health officer, of the existence of any contagious, infectious or pestilential disease at such institution.
