§ 6:56. Soft drinks.

It shall be required that all proprietors of commercial or noncommercial ventures primarily engaged in the selling of food and drink shall provide for some type of sugar-free soft drink; in lieu of providing a sugar-free soft drink, the proprietor may choose to substitute water, in order to provide those persons with diabetes access to sugar-free substitutes in commercial and noncommercial establishments.
