§ 5:505. Budget requirements.

The board shall annually adopt a budget of receipts and expenditures and a budget for a budget capital outlay. A copy of the budget adopted each year shall be filed with the council administrator's office within fifteen (15) days prior to the beginning of its fiscal year.
