§ 5:34. Penalty.(Parish)

Latest version.

Whoever violates the provisions of this part shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction by the district court shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), or to serve ten (10) days in the jail, or both.
