§ 5:1105. Operation of the advisory board.

The advisory board shall consist of five (5) members who shall be appointed by the Metropolitan Council. Each member shall be a resident and property taxpayer of the Chaneyville Fire Protection District No. 7. The advisory board shall elect a chairman and adopt rules. Two (2) members of the initial advisory board shall serve for one (1) year terms, the remaining three (3) members shall serve for two-year terms. These initial terms shall be determined by lot. Thereafter all advisory board members shall serve for terms of two (2) years.
