§ 5:1101. Governing body of district.

Latest version.

The governing body of the Chaneyville Fire Protection District No. 7 which was created pursuant to Ordinance No. 31620, adopted on September 11, 1991, shall be the Metropolitan Council of the City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge.
