The initial meeting of the board shall be held on the second Monday in January 1995
at 7:00 p.m. at 11646 Sullivan road, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70816. At this initial
meeting, the board shall elect its chairman from among its members. The board shall
also elect a secretary and a treasurer, or a combined secretary/treasurer. The persons
filling offices of secretary or treasurer, or the combined office of secretary/treasurer
may be, but need not be, members of the board.
