Any person who shall enter the enclosure of any cemetery in the city and desecrate,
destroy, injure, disturb or in any manner displace or remove any vases, ornaments,
shrubs, flowers, tombs, monuments, head or foot stones or boards and the like shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, on conviction, shall be fined not less than
three dollars ($3.00) nor more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), or imprisoned not
less than one nor more than ten (10) days, at the discretion of the court.
