§ 2:252. National pretreatment standards.

(a)

All categorical pretreatment standards found in 40 CFR chapter 1 subchapter N, parts 405—471, list of toxic pollutants, industrial categories and other standards and categories which have been or which will be promulgated by the EPA shall be incorporated as a part of this chapter, as will EPA regulations regarding sewage pretreatment established pursuant to the Clean Water Act; an amendment of this part to incorporate such changes shall not be necessary.

(b)

The C-P reserves the right to require more stringent wastewater discharge limits on permits based on conditions of the treatment facility.
