§ 2:131. Fees.

(a)

Except as is provided for in section 2:133, no permit shall be issued prior to the payment of the following fees for each cut and the repair thereof:

(1)

Class A streets and sidewalks: A fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per square foot of the cut plus a flat fee (inspection) of ten dollars ($10.00).

(2)

Class B streets: A fee of one dollar ($1.00) per square foot of the cut plus a flat fee (inspection) of ten dollars ($10.00).

(3)

Class C streets: Permit required with a flat fee (inspection) of ten dollars ($10.00).

(b)

If a reinspection is required, an additional fee of five dollars ($5.00) will be charged to the permit holder.

(c)

After the work required in section 2:132 has been completed the department of public works will repave the cuts permitted by this part, the expense of repaving to be paid from the fees charged and received under this section.
