§ 2:113. Damaging poles.(City)
Latest version.
Any person who shall cut, mar or deface posts, or place advertising matter upon or otherwise injure electric light, telephone or telegraph poles or supports, shall be deemed guilty of committing a public nuisance, and upon conviction before the court, be subject to a fine not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00), or imprisonment not exceeding twenty (20) days, or both, at the discretion of the judge.
