§ 2:80. Minimum standards for second class area.(Parish)

In the second class area of the parish, as defined in section 2:79, minimum street requirements shall be those established by the ordinance adopted by the police jury of the parish dated November 12, 1946, and recorded in Minute Book 23, page 114, which ordinance is contained in full force and effect except gravel streets or roads shall not be allowed.
