§ 2:60. Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this part shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty (60) days, or both, at the discretion of the court, and each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
