§ 1:609.11. Records.

  • The record of administrative adjudicative proceedings undertaken pursuant to sections 1:609—1:609.12 shall consist of the complaint, all responsive pleadings, the date and nature of service of the complaint, all documents and photographs introduced into evidence, and the orders issued by the hearing officer. The record shall be maintained by the department of finance.
