§ 1:609.1. Public health and environmental ordinances.

In addition to any procedures now applicable, violations of the provisions of public health and environmental ordinances, as defined herein, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Baton Rouge and the Parish of East Baton Rouge shall be adjudicated pursuant to the provisions of sections 1:609—1:609.12.
