§ 1:607. Use of equipment, etc., contrary to stated policy.

Neither the director, nor any other employee of the government, whether classified or unclassified, shall give any instructions, or cause any work to be done, or equipment or material to be used contrary to the policies enumerated in section 1:606, or contrary to any of the rules and regulations established and promulgated by the director, nor shall the director, or any other employee of the government, whether classified or unclassified, perform any act or participate in the doing of work or the use of equipment and/or material contrary to the policies stated herein or contrary to the rules and regulations established and promulgated by the director under the authority of this part and Section 5.04 of the Plan of Government.
