§ 1:602. Organization and functions.

The organization and functions of the department of public works shall be as outlined in and established by the provisions of Section 5.02 of the Plan of Government, and no additional divisions or functions shall be established or undertaken except as prescribed by applicable ordinances of the council, as the case may be, adopted under and in pursuance of the authority of Section 5.02(h).
