§ 1:301. Rate of reimbursement.

Any person who is authorized to use his private automobile or other motor vehicle in the performance of public business in any branch, office or agency of the city-parish government shall be reimbursed at the rate allowed by the Internal Revenue Service for business expense mileage. This sum shall constitute a reimbursement to the owner of the vehicle for its use and for all fuel, oil, depreciation or costs of any type or kind in connection with its use.
