§ 1:76. Unauthorized use of decal.

Any person who, without proper authorization from the civil defense director, displays or uses any civil defense decal or marking upon any vehicle or upon his person shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days, or both.
