§ 1:52. Clerk of court/judicial administrator.(City)

The clerk of court/judicial administrator shall be appointed by the city judges and may be removed in the manner provided in the Plan of Government. The specific responsibilities of the clerk of court/judicial administrator shall be listed in the job description on file with the personnel department.
