§ 1:20. Powers and duties of council administrator.
The council administrator is hereby authorized and directed and required to perform the following duties relative to the maintenance of ordinance and resolution books on a current basis:
(1)
Make additional copies of all ordinances and resolutions adopted, showing on each copy the date adopted and its appropriate number, each copy to be bound in a temporary binder, to be kept in the council administrator's office;
(2)
Maintain a complete copy index and cross index on all ordinances and resolutions since January 1, 1979, by means of the computer system available to the council administrator's office and all others on microfilm;
(3)
Periodically, as is necessary, have the ordinances permanently bound, to complement the indexed material maintained through the computer system. The computer index is to be maintained as a current index, so that each time an ordinance book is permanently bound the computer index will correspond to all bound volumes.
