§ 1:4. Order of business at special meetings.

Latest version.

The following shall be the order of business at all special meetings of the council:
(1)

Call to order;

(2)

Roll call;

(3)

Proof of notice of the meeting, or waiver thereof by members not proven to have been notified properly;

(4)

Consideration of the specific item or items of business stated in the call for the special meeting;

(5)

Adjournment.
