The authority (composed of members of the council) reserves the right to appoint and
employ an airport director who shall have general administrative and supervisory powers.
The airport director, acting as secretary of the commission, is empowered with the
chairman or other authorized officer of commission, to attest to instruments executed
on behalf of commission, to be custodian of the official seal of the commission herein
authorized and certify to the correctness and authenticity of documents comprising
a part of the official minutes and records of commission in airport director's official
possession as secretary.
