§ 15:7. Basis for establishing the areas of special flood hazard.
The areas of special flood hazard identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency in a scientific and engineering report entitled, "The Flood Insurance Study for East Baton Rouge Parish, Baton Rouge and Vicinity," dated May 17, 1993, with accompanying flood insurance rate maps and flood boundary-floodway maps (FIRM and FBFM) and declared to be a part of this chapter, and as determined by the floodplain administrator where there appears to be a conflict between a mapped boundary and actual field conditions.

Ord. No. 11363, § 1, adopted February 24, 1999, amended the Code by repealing former § 15:7 and adding a new § 15:7 to read as herein set out. Former § 15:7 pertained to penalty for violation of chapter or executive order, and derived from the City Code of 1951, Title 15, § 7; and the Parish Code of 1962, Title 16, § 7.
