§ 14:310. Poisonous or venomoid snakes.

(a)

The sale, possession or ownership of poisonous snakes in the parish, except by an institution of higher education, zoos or governmental agencies, is prohibited.

(b)

The sale, possession or ownership of venomoid snakes in the parish, except by an institution of higher education, zoos or governmental agencies, is prohibited.
