§ 14:306. Contingency plan.

All owners shall have a written contingency plan for animal escape and retrieval and shall notify the city police and/or parish sheriff's office and animal control and rescue center immediately if an escape occurs. A copy of the written contingency plan shall be submitted to the animal control and rescue center before a permit can be issued.
