Whoever having entered into the house, premises, or within the enclosures of any other
person, shall refuse or fail to leave and depart therefrom when ordered so to do by
the owner, agent or possessor thereof, shall on conviction thereof, be fined not exceeding
twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or imprisoned not exceeding twenty (20) days for each
and every offense.
