§ 11:55.9. Order of hearing officer.

(a)

The hearing officer at any administrative adjudication hearing under this article shall issue an order stating:

(1)

Whether the person charged with the violation is liable for the violation; and

(2)

The amount of any civil penalty and administrative fee assessed against the person.

(b)

The orders issued under this subsection may be filed with the hearing officer. The hearing officer shall keep the orders in a separate index and file. The orders may be recorded using microfilm, microfiche, or other data processing techniques.
