§ 11:21. Required obedience to traffic title.
Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, it is unlawful for any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required by this title.
Unless another penalty is expressly provided, whoever is convicted of a provision of this title shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), or by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or both.
