Ord. No. 10564, § 1, adopted January 24, 1996, amended the Code by repealing § 11-9 in its entirety. Former § 11-9 pertained to annual traffic-safety report submitted by the traffic division, and derived from the City Code of 1951, Title 11, § 9.
