§ 11:453. Additional fine for enforcement of mobility-impaired parking regulations.

Upon establishment of a formal mobility-impaired parking enforcement program by the metropolitan council to assist the police department in enforcing the regulations of this chapter, an additional twenty-five dollar ($25.00) fine for each violation shall be imposed by the court. The proceeds of this additional fine shall be used exclusively to fund such program.
