§ 11:444. Parking of watercraft on street or street right-of-way prohibited.
No person shall permit his watercraft, whether trailered or not, to remain parked on any street or street right-of-way for a period of time longer than nine (9) hours of any twenty-four-hour period, beginning at 6:00 a.m. of one day to 6:00 a.m. of the next day; and the watercraft can only be parked if parking is specifically permitted under other provisions of this title.
Violation of the provisions of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) and imprisonment in the parish prison for not more than thirty (30) days.
